YOGA - the best exercise

                               In our everyday life, we are suffering from lots of deceases. So,to become fit and healthy we should do some exercises.

                               As the indian ancient novels,the Yoga is the best exercise. The research shows that if we do Yoga every for half an hour, our body become fit,healthy and afficiant to do hard works and mind works whole day.So as the result of that we will defenitely have the great success in life.

                               In the present time,our scientists are working their best to make a medicine that can our life become long, but the Yoga is the way which can we get a good and long life.

                               Now-a-days the world has to do yoga to be a fit and good looking because the deceases are spreading as if the water spreads on the surface. The United Nation also presented this idea and some programmes.

                               There is some problems in the Yoga too, which are listed below.

1. Yoga is one type of exercise so we should do it after lunch and dinner.

2. Every Yoga has some system so first we should learn the system otherwise it can be harmful for our bodies.

3. When you start Yoga, in the first week you should do easy and small time period Yoga and this type when your body acclamatize it then you can do any type of Yoga.

                              Many types of books and videos are available for Yoga. Then as fast as you should start Yoga.
